1. General By accessing or purchasing from mmtrove.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MM Trove reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products MM Trove sells physical products (apparel, posters) and digital products (downloadable art). Product colors and designs may vary slightly from images shown due to screen calibration and print-on-demand production processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed or fulfilled.
4. Shipping & Delivery Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. MM Trove is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Physical items: Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- Digital products: All digital downloads are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are offered once a file has been delivered or downloaded.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. MM Trove does not cover or reimburse return postage.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, for physical goods only. 7. Intellectual Property All artwork, designs, and content on mmtrove.com are the exclusive property of MM Trove. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, MM Trove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
