Refund policy

1. Overview At MM Trove, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering, as different rules apply to physical and digital products.

2. Physical Products (Apparel & Posters) We accept returns only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email]
  • You must provide photo evidence of the defect or damage
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
  • Minor color variations due to screen calibration or print-on-demand production
  • Items returned without prior approval

3. Digital Products (Downloadable Art) All digital downloads are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are offered once a file has been delivered or made available for download, regardless of circumstances.

4. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. MM Trove does not cover or reimburse return postage under any circumstances. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

5. Refund Process If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • You will be notified by email once your refund is processed

6. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at [your contact email]. After 24 hours, orders may already be in production (especially print-on-demand items) and cannot be cancelled.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that window. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. Digital products are exempt from this right once the download has begun.

8. Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Digital downloads
  • Items returned without prior written approval
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
